<<<  Euro Bumpers Installation  >>>

Theory:
Euro bumpers are MUCH lighter, and much better looking than American spec bumpers.  Who needs safety anyway, right?  :/  Anyway, installation is easy, 8 bolts... so I didn't take many pictures.
Parts needed:  You'll need 8 new bolts, metric size M12 x 1.75 x 25 (stock size is M12 x 1.5 x 25, the Euro bolts have a finer thread, aka "pitch")

First off is the front bumper trim.  The trim can be tricky to take off without breaking it... no hints here, just be careful.  I think each piece slid to the side, then pulled straight off.  To take off the front bumpers themselves, first remove your grille.  The front bolt of each side is best accessed from through the grille opening.  The rear bolt is best accessed from the topside of the engine bay.  Both bolts are 3/4" socket size.  Once the bumpers are off, you'll notice two big plastic clips which held the corners of the bumpers in place... a single Phillips head screw removes each.  Installation is reverse of removal, just use the new bolts, which are 19mm socket size.
The rears are even easier.  Again, slide the trim to the side and pull straight away to remove.  Then, remove the bolts in the hatch area (pictured).  Again, there are two little plastic things that hold the corners of the bumpers on.  I don't know if these can fit with the Euro bumpers - I removed them anyway.  Again, installation is reverse of removal, just use the new bolts, which are 19mm socket size.
Before...
After... mmm...

Results:  Now my car is about 38 pounds lighter (nice!) and looks 100 times better.  Well worth the money!
